My account is using Authy two-factor authentication and I can't login

Authy is a third-party service, so we don't have access to administrate those accounts. We recommend checking their help section on lockouts and account resets first.

If you are having an issue with the Authy mobile app, you can download the desktop app.

If none of those work, we can remove Authy from your account, but for account security require extensive account holder authentication. If you need to proceed with that, please let us know.
