Authy is a third-party service, so we don't have access to administrate those accounts directly. If you haven't yet, we recommend checking their account reset FAQ.
If you have issues with the mobile app, there is also a desktop app option.
If none of those work, we can remove Authy from your account, but for account security require extensive account holder authentication. If you need to proceed with that, please let us know.
